Maître Marc Devedeix created his law firm in January 2022, after developing a significant experience in the energy law field, whether as an external counsel, or through ancillary activities such as teaching, training or publications:
- from January 2017 to December 2021: associate of the law firm “CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats”
- collaborating on the commentaries of the 4th and 5th editions of the LexisNexis “Energy Code” (Code de l’énergie) (2021 and 2024)
- 2018-2023: co-leader of a Dalloz training course for lawyers in the energy field, on the mechanisms and issues of the energy field

- 2018-2021: teaching energy law within the postgraduate Energy Law education (“séminaires en droit de l’énergie au sein du Master 2 Droit de l’énergie”) of the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University
- author of more than seventy papers and news in energy law (the Energie – Environnement – Infrastructures, periodical of the LexisNexis editions; Option Finance; various legal newsletters)
Marc Devedeix completed his training in the Parisian region after graduating from the bachelor’s degree of La Rochelle University:
