Article 1 – Protection of personal data

 

The information collected in the contact form is processed by the firm Marc Devedeix for the purposes accepted by the data subject fulfilling the form. The legal basis for the processing is the consent of this person.

The data collected in the contact form are not communicated to third parties without the consent of the data subject.

These data are stored for:

  • in case of processing for the purpose of answering to the data subject’s request: for the duration necessary to provide the response;
  • in case of processing for a commercial purpose: for a duration of five (5) years

By way of exception, the data necessary for the data controller’s legal defence are stored for five (5) years, and the data necessary for the fulfilment of accounting obligations are stored for ten (10) years.

You may access your data, rectify it, request its erasure, exercise your right to limit the data processing, withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, exercise your data portability right, and define instructions concerning the fate of your data in the event of your death, under the conditions provided for in Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and in Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

Article 2 – Cookies 

 

The Website may automatically collect information about you via cookies. A cookie is defined by the CNIL as a small file stored by a server in a user’s terminal (computer, telephone, etc.) and associated with a web domain.

The information collected via cookies on the Website is used only to monitor the volume, type and configuration of traffic using this Website, for statistical purposes. This information is kept for a period of thirteen (13) months. You can either accept or refuse this collection by using the banner displayed when you arrive on the Website.
